Our Company BrightSpring Health Services Overview The HRIS Analyst II role is responsible for maintaining our HRIS systems to ensure current and future functionality exists to support the HR team, business processes, support changes in organizational structure and new HR initiatives. The Human Resources Information Systems Analyst II will lead the implementation of new modules/functionality and applications (if appropriate) as well as provide support and administration of existing applications. This position will be expected to support our end-users to best leverage the systems and processes currently in place and to drive improvements where necessary. The HRIS Analyst II will manage small to medium size projects with little direction from manager and act as an HRIS resource on more complex, large scale projects. Responsibilities
Leads implementation of new functionality and system upgrades which will include test scripts, testing, creating user documents and training documents
