Overview

The HRIS Analyst II role is responsible for maintaining our HRIS systems to ensure current and future functionality exists to support the HR team, business processes, support changes in organizational structure and new HR initiatives. The Human Resources Information Systems Analyst II will lead the implementation of new modules/functionality and applications (if appropriate) as well as provide support and administration of existing applications. This position will be expected to support our end-users to best leverage the systems and processes currently in place and to drive improvements where necessary. The HRIS Analyst II will manage small to medium size projects with little direction from manager and act as an HRIS resource on more complex, large scale projects.



Responsibilities

    Leads implementation of new functionality and system upgrades which will include test scripts, testing, creating user documents and training documents
  • Documents and implements process improvements related to policy changes and/or organizational changes
  • Reviews system releases to analyze the impact to current system configuration, make recommendations on new functionality as needed
  • Serves as a liaison with application vendors and business stakeholders
  • Provides production support including, but not limited to, workflow management, front line support for Human Resources Information Systems team working and resolving issues via phone and email, auditing employee level data (including historical data), research and resolve system related issues
  • Performs scheduled activities (mass updates)
  • Recommends solutions or alternate methods to meet new and existing requirements
  • Maintains Mapping Rules, Home and Security Departments
  • Acts as a system subject matter expert
  • Maintains and audits Human Resources Information Systems, Applicant Tracking Systems, and Learning Management Systems
  • Continuously seeks and supports new approaches practices and processes to improve the efficiency of Human Resources Applications, including learning UI Path automation tool to develop automations for use in mundane data processing needs and working with the Digital Services Team to promote the automation to the Bot
  • Creates and maintains a variety of reports or queries utilizing the appropriate reporting tools
  • Assists with the development of standard report templates to support ongoing customer needs
  • Complies with Health Insurance Portability Accountability Act privacy and security requirements to maintain patient and employee confidentiality at all times
  • Adheres to organizational policies and procedures
  • Accepts special projects or duties as assigned/requested


Qualifications

  • High School, General Education Diploma; Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Three to five years of experience with ADP, Cornerstone, iCIMS or other Human Resources Information Systems serving in application administration role
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office; advanced Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills strongly preferred
  • Excellent communication skills and telephone protocol; professional verbal and written communication skills
  • Superior attention to detail and customer service skills
  • Experience with data entry and reporting in HR information systems, such as ADP
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities with a can-do attitude
  • Strong organizational skills with great follow-through
