Provides safe, effective, and efficient implementation of direct care in accordance with established policies, procedures and standards of care. Shifts Available: On Call / Per Diem; Shift Hours and Days vary as needed Expected starting wage range is $29.93 - $36.98. Telecare applies geographic differentials to its pay ranges. The pay range assigned to this role will be based on the geographic location from which the role is performed. Starting pay is commensurate with relevant experience above the minimum requirements. Telecare's Eastern Kern Crisis Stabilization Unit (CSU) will provide outpatient psychiatric services to children and adults who are experiencing a mental health crisis. The primary purpose of the CSU will be to offer immediate individualized assistance to stabilize acute psychiatric symptoms and help consumers avoid inpatient hospitalization. The 24/7 program will have the capacity to treat 12 consumers at any given time, both voluntary and involuntary, and utilize a strengths-based, recovery oriented model of care.
