Program Summary The Renaissance Community is a supportive living program serving individuals in Montgomery County. The Renaissance program offers 24-hour supervision in a community setting with an emphasis on behavioral health services. Individuals live in either a communal home environment or an apartment, based on their needs for structure and supervision. Consumers participate in activities, groups, day treatment programs and receive assistance with medication monitoring to help promote achievement toward living, learning, working and social ambition. Position Summary The weekend Life Skills Professional is responsible for client support through direct interaction with participants. You will monitor and document clients while they self-administer their scheduled medications and complete hourly zone tracking (checking each apartment hourly to check on/ensure the safety of the medications. You will be responsible for completing daily shift notes for each client. This shift would be from 8pm-8am on the weekends, every other weekend. Essential Duties and Functions

Working conditions While performing the duties of this job, employees are frequently required to stand, walk, lift, use hand to find, handle feel, reach with hands and arms, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, talk, listen, taste, and smell.
