Development Outreach Events Strategist

Work Schedule:

This full-time, 40 hours per week position is scheduled to work Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 am - 5:00 pm. Occasional evening and weekend hours for events are required. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department. This is a hybrid position.

We are seeking a Development Outreach and Events Strategist to:



  • Provide outstanding event and project facilitation and donor experience.
  • Serve as the accountable lead for assigned events, projects and initiatives.
  • Participate in development of new event and program concepts.
  • Maintain and grow relationships with internal and external supporters.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant subject area such as Marketing, Communications or a related field Required

Work Experience

  • 3 years relevant experience in development, event execution or communications in a highly matrixed organization Required
  • 5 years relevant experience in development, event execution or communications in a highly matrixed organization Preferred
