This position will work a hybrid schedule which includes a combination of working both onsite at Hillcrest and remote. Under direct supervision of the HNRP-CMCR Business Manager, incumbent will work as a Fund Manager responsible for fiscal management and administration of sponsored project research awards totaling approximately 6 million at the HIV Neurobehavioral Research Program (HNRP) - Center for Medicinal Cannabis Research (CMCR) in the Department of Psychiatry. Duties include, but are not limited to, comprehensive pre- and post-award administration of federal, state and private agency contracts and grants, and consortium agreements. The incumbent will work with project directors to develop budgets and calculate overhead costs, ensuring that budgets are accurate and well justified and that NIH biographical sketches and other supporting documentation are complete for competing and noncompeting applications. The incumbent must have awareness and understand the importance of maintaining confidentiality for HIV-infected and cannabis research participants. Assist with other project and miscellaneous duties as required. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Pay Transparency Act Annual Full Pay Range: $72,809 - $106,050 (will be prorated if the appointment percentage is less than 100%) Hourly Equivalent: $34.87 - $50.79 Factors in determining the appropriate compensation for a role include experience, skills, knowledge, abilities, education, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The Hiring Pay Scale referenced in the job posting is the budgeted salary or hourly range that the University reasonably expects to pay for this position. The Annual Full Pay Range may be broader than what the University anticipates to pay for this position, based on internal equity, budget, and collective bargaining agreements (when applicable).
