IMA has a guiding principle to share generously where it does business. The IMA Foundation, founded in 1974, is funded out of a percentage of IMA Financial Group’s profits and gives generously to nonprofits throughout its markets. In addition, associates are encouraged to do community service, and they are given time during working hours for these activities.
