Cruz Associates, Inc. | Diversity Employer
Cruz Associates, Inc. (CAI) was established in 1994 by Ignacio “Iggy” Cruz to provide ordnance safety training to the United States Navy. Three years later, CAI was awarded 8(a) Small Disadvantaged Business status. CAI began to grow into the professional services industry and expanded into Army Special Operations Aviation (ARSOA).
A successful graduate of the SBA’s 8(a) program, CAI operates today as a minority-owned, Small Business with over 200 employees located throughout the United States and Guam. CAI consistently delivers unparalleled technical support to all customers and has become ARSOA’s first choice for support in a range of technical disciplines.
CAI continues to foster small business growth by assisting other small start-up companies. CAI maintains a formal mentor-protégé relationship with Kokua Support Services, a Native Hawaiian Owned 8(a) company headquartered in Yorktown, Virginia.
CAI is an active member of the local community and is a proud sponsor of a number of professional and charitable organizations including: the Night Stalker Association, the Special Operations Warrior Foundation, the Society of Experimental Test Pilots, the Society of Flight Test Engineers, and the Association of the United States Army.
