Positive Development | Diversity Employer
Working together to help your child achieve greater growth, independence, and joy.
OUR MISSION STATEMENT
We Help People with Autism and Other Developmental Differences Build Connections and Shape Their Futures
Positive Development believes you can change your life – and the world. As a team, we’re working diligently to do just that based on our five key values: Authenticity, respect, joy, team-first, and growth-mindedness. Through these tenets, we build connections and empower positive outcomes, one family at a time.
About Positive Development
While started in 2019, our company is rooted in decades of experience with autism and other developmental differences. We are parents, family members, self-advocates, and clinicians who believe deeply in the power of the developmental approach because we have seen firsthand how it has transformed our and our loved ones’ lives.
Our passion – indeed, our life’s work – is to build the evidence base for developmental therapy, expand access to more families, and pioneer best practices for clinical support and care for individuals.
An individual-centered approach
People with autism and their families deserve more choices for autism support services. Positive Development is one of the only autism care providers that offer a Developmental Relationship-Based Intervention (DRBI) model while accepting most major insurance providers. We treat the whole person, not just single behaviors, with all the therapist-led services you need under one roof. Never before have all of these services come together in a comprehensive program like this.
Make a Positive Difference With Us
At Positive Development, we embrace difference, joy, and authenticity as we work together to build connections and shape futures through developmental therapy.
The Positive Way
We value diversity and individuality among our staff and respect you for who you are – just as we do our clients. Best of all, we have so much fun together!
Join us as we discuss the developmental therapy model, other models available such as ABA, fun play-informed ideas for how you can support your child at home, the latest research news, and more. Follow us on Facebook or LinkedIn to stay updated on our latest posts.
Our Culture
Positive Development believes you can change your life, and the world, one family at a time. As a team, we’re working diligently to do just that based on our five key values – authenticity, respect, joy, team-first, and growth-mindedness – to build connections and shape futures through developmental therapy.
