About MNGI Digestive Health
MNGI Digestive Health is a privately owned, specialty medical practice with a corporate office in Minneapolis, as well as medical clinics and endoscopy centers in several convenient metro locations: Bloomington, Chanhassen, Coon Rapids, Eagan, Maplewood, Northeast Minneapolis, Plymouth, St. Paul and Woodbury. Our gastroenterologists also perform endoscopy procedures in Maple Grove and Minnetonka.

MNGI Digestive Health is a privately-owned, GI specialty practice with several locations in the Twin Cities metro area. Our practice has over 500 dedicated employees and physicians who provide both direct patient care services and administrative services.
Our mission is to improve patient health by providing premier gastroenterology care, and all of our employees contribute to improving the GI health of the patients we serve.

Our Culture
We pride ourselves on creating a positive work environment, which cultivates employee growth and involvement. -The Retention and Recognition Committee is dedicated to employee engagement by sponsoring periodic fundraisers for the Employee Emergency Fund and by planning an annual companywide meeting.
-The Wellness Committee promotes employee wellbeing through health promotions and activities targeted to the specific needs of our staff.
- Golden Rule Committee is continually looking for ways to improve the quality of our work environment, which ultimately leads to better care for our patients!
-The Safety Committee helps to create a safe work environment for the employees of MNGI enabling them to provide premier gastroenterology care.
-The Customer Service Committee encourages staff members to provide customer service that goes beyond patient expectations by providing “Extra Me” during every patient interaction.
