ESI is a General Contractor that self performs Earthwork, Underground Utilities, Concrete, and Asphalt Paving.
ESI's is proud to serve as a full service contractor or subcontractor to both commercial, municipal, and federal markets.
Our Earth/Utility Department provides a variety of services including day to day operations, over-lot grading, building excavation and backfill, sub grade prep for paving and hardscapes, over-excavation with the use of structural and/or moisture conditioning, main line water, sewer, and storm pipe, trenching, bedding and backfill for a wide range of the dry utilities. We offer demolition of buildings, parking lots, streets, curb and gutter, underground utilities, and vegetation.
Our Concrete Department is capable of slab-on grade concrete floors, multi-level slab on grade pours, exterior flatwork, and curb and gutter. The Concrete Department has full-time project managers, estimators and field personnel that are 100% focused on the concrete aspect of construction.
Our Asphalt Department provides our clients with asphalt repair services, asphalt paving, mill and overlays, and sub-grade stabilization.
ESI has its own fleet of work trucks and heavy equipment (graders, loaders, excavators, concrete and asphalt paving machine, rollers, transport trucks, end dumps, tandems, etc.) which allows us to control and reduce equipment costs. With this fleet of equipment, ESI is better able to schedule its crews and equipment despite market fluctuations. ESI also has a strong relationship with local rental companies to fulfill other equipment needs as they arise.
