Founded in 2004 and located in Marshfield, Wisconsin, PreventionGenetics is a CLIA and ISO 15189:2012 accredited laboratory. We deliver clinical genetic testing of the highest quality at fair prices with exemplary service to people around the world.

PreventionGenetics provides tests for nearly all clinically relevant genes. These tests include our powerful and comprehensive whole exome sequencing test, PGxome®. We continuously expand and update our test menu, introduce new technologies, and increase the efficiency of our processes. In the changing landscape of genetic testing, our quality and commitment to clinicians and patients remains unchanged.

Culture

Our PreventionGenetics family believes in supporting our employees and local community. We employ >160 individuals who are involved with dozens of community organizations. Education is important to us. The majority of our employees hold bachelor degrees and many hold advanced degrees. Our employees have been involved with genetics education through several forums including STEM programs, high schools, job shadows, and university courses. PreventionGenetics has provided financial support to numerous local organizations through charitable contributions.
