Oversees all the operations on a construction site and/or warehouse/factory.
Primary Responsibilities
- Interviews, hires, and trains new workers
- Develops employee schedules
- Supervises and oversees operations and progress of tasks to make sure things are on schedule
- Ensures on-site safety
- Assigns daily tasks and responsibilities to workers
