Hotel Front Desk Representative
Responsible for greeting and checking in guests as they arrive at the hotel. Confirm reservations, assign rooms, issue room keys, and answer phone calls.
- Check guests in and out of the hotel; verify their reservations and collect payments.
- Respond to guest inquiries and make restaurant and transportation reservations for guests.
- Provide information about the hotel, its amenities, its rates, and the surrounding area.
- Resolve customer issues directly or by escalating them to a manager or other staff member.
- Handle all online and phone reservation requests by recording the necessary information.
- Work with housekeepers to ensure clean and furnished rooms that accommodate guest needs.
- Maintain the cleanliness of the lobby and front desk area by dusting, vacuuming, and mopping.
