Job Summary

Responsible for assisting an organization’s marketing department. Conduct market research, help with administrative duties, and monitor social media platforms.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Assist with the development of marketing plans and researching marketing strategies.
  • Help create and implement marketing campaigns and propose ways to improve existing ones.
  • Write copy for promotional materials and prepare presentations.
  • Create social media campaigns, manage them, and adjust outreach tactics when necessary.
  • Build tools like surveys, questionnaires, and polls to gather data for marketing purposes.
  • Analyze data, including information about competitors, to pinpoint consumer trends.
  • Produce graphics to represent data so others can easily understand research conclusions.
  • Measure customer satisfaction and monitor and report on competitor activity.
