Solution Architect

Responsible for coming up with a technical vision that will solve a business problem. Assess an organization’s needs, determine how technology can address those needs, and provide strategic direction. 

• Identify, design, implement, and manage software solutions that meet the needs of clients.
• Use software, tools, and technology to develop solutions that boost a company’s efficiency. 
• Work with developers to determine the feasibility of solutions and their exact specifications. 
• Troubleshoot issues that arise during the development process and adjust designs as needed.
• Create technical documentation that includes data flow, system, and component diagrams. 
• Manage project timelines to ensure all deadlines are met and the project stays on track. 
• Provide users with support and training after a solution has been implemented.
