They will be responsible for documenting all of this communication and helping push the process forward. Position: Client Service Representative; Radnor Corporate Center
Shift: Full-time, 40 hours per week, Days. Rotation between all shifts: (8am-4:30pm, 8:30am-5pm, 9am-5:30pm, and 10am-6:30pm); Every other weekend; No holidays, no nights, no on-call

Experience:
1. At least two to three years customer service experience in a service oriented or health related organization.
2. Experience in computers with knowledge of Windows application.
3. Working knowledge of Delta preferred.
4. Keyboard skills of 50-55 WPM

Education:
High School diploma or equivalent, with additional training in computers
