They ensure that everyone who calls gets the information they need, in a way they can understand it, as we help them navigate the basics, requirements, reimbursements, and referrals. They will be responsible for documenting all of this communication, and helping push the process forward. Position: Client Service Representative
Shift: Shifts vary from 8:00 am-4:30 pm, 8:30 am-5:00 pm, 9:30 am-5:00 pm or 10:00 am-6:30 pm + weekend coverage

Experience:
1. At least two to three years customer service experience in a service oriented or health related organization.
2. Experience in computers with knowledge of Windows application.
3. Working knowledge of Epic preferred.
4. Keyboard skills of 50-55 WPM

Education:
High School diploma or equivalent, with additional training in computers
