This offers an exciting opportunity for an Associate to work within a highly collaborative environment, with significant potential to make an individual contribution to a growing business that is launching new strategies and articulating Capital Group's distinctive investment process to new audiences while supporting existing investment strategies. As a Product Marketing Specialist, you'll be responsible for defining, planning and creating product and thematic/investment materials to promote our investment offering across our target markets. The role is also responsible for delivering high-quality marketing materials and turnkey, fully integrated campaigns that align with investment themes and business priorities. Collaborating with key stakeholders including the Investment Product and Research team, Investment Directors, Sales, Compliance and other colleagues within Marketing as appropriate with the objective of delivering effective and high-quality marketing content that helps achieve sales goals and business objectives. In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital's annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
