About The Pediatric Center Our 14-bed unit features a unique opportunity for nurses to float between 9 inpatient beds and 5 pediatric ED beds. We care for children with a variety of general pediatric diagnoses requiring short hospital stays. Learn more about our benefits here. https://jhh.mybenefitsjhhs.com/ Position Details: Role: New Grad RN Shifts: 12-hour rotating shifts Qualifications: Associate's Degree in Nursing required; applicants enrolled in an accredited BSN/MSN program within one year of hire and planning to complete within five years will also be considered. Active Maryland or Compact RN license required. BLS CPR certification required. No RN experience required Join us in delivering outstanding pediatric care in a supportive and innovative environment. Salary Range: Minimum 35.02/hour - Maximum 52.69/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
