As a Director, HR Business Partner, you will support two of Western Union's global functions aligning people strategy with organizational objectives. You'll play a key role in driving strategic initiatives, supporting over 2,000 employees worldwide, and advising senior leaders on critical HR matters. You will partner closely with HR Operations, HR Centers of Expertise, and regional HR colleagues to implement effective solutions that support business performance and talent development. Salary The base salary range is $160,000 - $190,000 USD per year, total on target compensation includes a base salary plus a variable target incentive that aligns with individual and company performance.
