Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic Program Manager to join our Strategy Department and take our advisor training initiatives to the next level.
As a Program Manager on our Strategy Team, you'll lead the design and execution of high-impact advisor training programs that fuel growth and performance across our nationwide network. You'll own everything from content development and speaker alignment to cross-team coordination and strategic agenda planning.
This role is perfect for a content-minded, process-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, works well across departments, and is passionate about creating polished, intentional experiences for financial advisors. You'll work in lockstep with our Events Managers (logistics), Promotional Manager (comms), and internal stakeholders to deliver programming that aligns with both business objectives and audience needs.
What you'll do:

  • Design and lead advisor training programs-including agenda development, speaker coordination, and content planning-in partnership with the Senior Program Manager and VP of Events
  • Collaborate with internal business units to identify advisor training needs and ensure program goals are aligned with broader strategic outcomes
  • Partner with Event Managers to coordinate seamless event execution (both in-house and off-site)
  • Work closely with the Promotional Manager and Corporate Marketing to shape promotional strategies and ensure all communications are accurate, timely, and aligned
  • Manage the review and final delivery of all event-specific materials and attendee communications using internal project tools and platforms
  • Contribute to content quality by collaborating with presenters and internal experts on training deliverables, value-added materials, and post-event resources
  • Lead or support post-event evaluations to assess program effectiveness and identify areas for continuous improvement
  • Manage budgets, vendor relationships, and speaker contracts in coordination with team members
  • Partner with print and production vendors to ensure collateral and materials are produced and delivered on schedule
  • Proactively explore innovative ways to evolve our training programs and elevate the advisor's experience

Experience you'll bring:

  • 3+ years of professional experience in events, program management, marketing, financial services, or a related field
  • Experience managing internal clients or stakeholders and balancing multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to connect training objectives to larger business goals
  • Organized, dependable, and proactive-able to manage multiple projects and pivot when needed
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to build trust with both peers and leadership
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced team environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint), with working knowledge of tools like Cvent, Salesforce, or project management systems

Bonus Points:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, communications, marketing, or a related field
  • Basic familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
  • Prior experience in content development, adult learning, or coaching/training environments
  • Willingness to pursue professional development and industry education

What you'll get:

  • Amazing benefits including medical, dental, vision and 401k (with matching options)
  • Generous PTO package upon your start date
  • Access to an on-site cafe, gym and primary care
  • Continuous personal and professional development opportunities
  • Recognition for hard work & exemplary performance
  • Employee sponsored events...and more!
