As the Web Experience Architect at Crescent Electric, you will manage content operations across multiple websites using the Optimizely CMS, ensuring brand consistency, ADA compliance, and a high-quality, personalized user experience. You will serve as a key link between content strategy, UX design, and data analytics-owning both the publishing process and the performance insights that inform continuous optimization. PRIMARY DUTIES:
Own the content publishing process across multiple sites using Optimizely CMS Build and launch pages for products, categories, campaigns, and static content Ensure all content aligns with brand standards, ADA compliance, and site structure guidelines Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support marketing campaigns and digital initiatives Manage and maintain Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM) configurations Use behavioral data and engagement metrics to identify UX/UI improvement opportunities Establish CMS governance, reusable components, and content management best practices for scale Help evolve our personalization strategy with content and layout variations based on user behavior
SKILLS:
Experience managing enterprise-level CMS platforms (Optimizely preferred) Strong understanding of digital design systems, UX/UI principles, and web accessibility standards (WCAG/ADA) Knowledge of GA4 and GTM, with the ability to translate data into action A portfolio or proven track record of building user-centric web pages that convert Ability to work across creative, technical, and operations teams Organized, self-directed, and capable of juggling multiple site environments Enthusiasm for improving digital experiences, especially through thoughtful content and personalization Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work with distributed and remote team. Excellent project management skills with the ability to gain results cross-functionally. Ability to interact well with others in a team setting. Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fluid environment. Outstanding technical awareness and ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
QUALIFICATIONS:
5+ years of related work experience. 3+ years of demonstrated analytic experience with a focus on eCommerce and Digital Marketing. 3+ years of demonstrated expertise in Google Ad/Campaign Manager, with experience in driving campaigns focused on eCommerce. 3+ years of demonstrated experience with marketing automation platforms. Google Analytics certification preferred. Hubspot certification preferred. Adwords certification preferred. Digital Marketing certification or degree preferred. Valid driver's license. Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Tag Manager certifications preferred Training in accessibility (WCAG/ADA) a plus

Ability to use PC and telephone. Often sitting, standing, and walking. Occasional reaching with hands/arms. Frequent talking and hearing. Occasionally lift up to 25 pounds. Ability and means to travel. May be required to work more than 40 hours per week.
