Operations Job Description
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Education:Vocational or other post-high school training. Training and Experience: One (1) year experience in administrative management. Familiarity with aircraft and weapon system training administrations. Familiarity with Learning Management System (LMS) administration and management. Familiarity with normal government software and hardware. Experience working in a dynamic high stress environment. Ability to prioritize conflicting requests. Prior operational scheduling experience desired. General Skills:Must be able to handle multiple tasks, a self-starter, flexible in work assignments, detail oriented, highly organized, possess good interpersonal and written communication skills, and work under limited supervision. Computer Skills:Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Access a plus. Security Clearance:Must currently possess a security clearance of "Secret" or above.
