Senior Financial Analyst - JLL

What this job involves:

Join JLL as a Senior Financial Analyst supporting our client finance operations. This dynamic role combines financial analysis, reporting, and strategic support to drive cost-savings initiatives and performance optimization for one of our key client accounts. As a critical member of our collaborative team, you'll transform complex data into actionable insights while maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality and client service.

This position offers the opportunity to enhance your analytical skills, contribute to process improvements, and directly impact business outcomes in the fast-paced commercial real estate industry.

What your day-to-day will look like:

* Conduct complex financial analysis and modeling to support business decisions, including variance analysis, performance forecasting, and trend identification

* Prepare and deliver regular and ad-hoc reports, presentations, and client-ready documents using advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization techniques

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop automated reporting strategies and streamline processes while maintaining data integrity

* Support cost-savings and process improvement initiatives through detailed financial analysis and recommendations

* Manage sensitive financial information with discretion and confidentiality while providing analytical support to transform business behaviors

* Utilize team SharePoint platforms for data collection, reporting, and communication to enhance team collaboration

* Provide exceptional customer service to both internal stakeholders and external client contacts while demonstrating JLL's commitment to excellence

Required Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field * Minimum 6 years of progressive financial analysis experience, preferably in real estate or professional services

* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas, pivot tables, and financial modeling capabilities

* Strong accounting fundamentals and experience with computer-based accounting applications

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills with proven ability to present to internal and external stakeholders

* Demonstrated analytical, organizational, and project coordination skills in fast-paced environments

* Proven track record of maintaining confidentiality and demonstrating consistent work ethic and professional values

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience with JD Edwards or similar ERP platforms

* Previous experience in commercial real estate or property management

* Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)

* Experience with data visualization tools and automated reporting solutions

* Knowledge of real estate financial metrics and performance indicators

* Experience working in client-facing roles or supporting client accounts

* Familiarity with SharePoint or similar collaboration platforms

Location: Remote

Estimated total compensation for this position:

90,000.00 - 100,000.00 USD per year

The total compensation range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on an applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data .
