Physical Therapist Washington DC Pay From: $45 per hour MUST: Experienced Physical Therapist with 1+year of experience Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program State licensure as a Physical Therapist EMR experience Microsoft Office experience Knowledge of CPT & ICD-10 coding procedures Knowledge of Workers Compensation insurance and requirements DUTIES: Provides direct patient care Conduct comprehensive evaluations to determine care for each patient Perform and document tests and measurements for conditions Administer physical therapy treatments and monitor treatment as appropriate for patient's condition Perform therapeutic interventions including modalities, therapeutic procedures, manual therapy, written home exercise programs Assess effects of treatments at various stages, and adjust treatment for maximum benefit Document treatments, progress, and outcomes in patient's charts Selects and document proper CPT code which correlate to treatments Submit billing charges according to the amount and level of care provided for each patient Follow insurance guidelines required for insurance coverage and reimbursement Supervises physical therapist assistants Quadrant is an affirmative action/equal opportunity employer.
