Implementation Subject Matter Expert (SME) Lead
Remote MUST: Experienced Implementation Subject Matter Expert (SME) Lead Must have: DFARS Information Assurance Contractor Training and Certification is required for this position. Must have: IAT Level II DoD Approved 8570 Baseline Certifications Active Secret clearance required 7+ years' experience required Expert experience supporting DoD or Federal Oracle shared service providers on an Oracle EBS R12.2 platform or higher. Experience with Oracle EDQ and ODI tools for Implementation and Sustainment tasks. Working knowledge of the Oracle EBS application and the Federal and DoD business processes. Experience in providing functional support for major development/upgrade efforts and postproduction. Expert experience in a particular area of Information Technology (e.g., Information Systems Architecture, Telecommunications Systems Design, Architecture, Implementation, Information Systems Integration, Software Development Methodologies, Security Engineering, Communications or Network Systems Management), or a specific functional area (e.g., finance, logistics, or operations research) Expert experience providing end-to-end direction and functional oversight. Bachelors preferred DUTIES: The program is modernizing financial management by replacing legacy systems with a unified ERP and advanced cloud-based analytics platform. It provides Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC) support for the DAI program and Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS 12.2.x), replacing the current Oracle Analytics Server (OAS) to improve reporting, user experience, governance, security, and overall operational efficiency through enhanced data-driven decision-making. Responsibilities: Provides expert support, analysis and research into exceptionally complex problems and processes relating to the subject matter. Serves as technical expert on executive-level project teams providing technical direction, interpretation, and alternatives. Thinks independently and demonstrates exceptional written and oral communications skills. Applies advanced technical principles, theories, and concepts. Contributes to the development of new principles and concepts. Works on unusually complex technical problems and provides solutions, which are highly innovative and ingenious. Works under consultative direction toward predetermined long-range goals and objectives. Assignments are often self-initiated. Determines and pursues courses of action necessary to obtain desired results. Develops advanced technological ideas and guides their development into a final product.
