As a Wealth Specialist at Capital Group, you'll serve as a senior wealth planning professional, partnering closely with Private Wealth Advisors to deliver high-impact financial planning analyses, trust and estate strategies, asset allocation advice, and investment proposals. You'll provide expert guidance tailored to each client's unique goals, engage with sophisticated professionals across a wide range of investment topics, and simplify complex financial concepts to build trusted relationships. You'll train and support advisors by modeling best practices, collaborate with the Wealth Planning and Advisory Group to foster knowledge-sharing, and contribute to thought leadership through client presentations and marketing content. Your insights will help influence sales results and drive client acquisition strategies. In this role, you'll spend approximately 85% of your time in client-facing activities, preparing, presenting, and following up on meetings. "I am the person Capital Group is looking for." In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital's annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
