Howard County Medical Center is searching for a dynamic Director of Finance & Decision Support to lead budgeting, analysis, and reporting for Howard County Medical Center and the Howard Hospital Foundation. The ideal candidate will bring 7-10 years of healthcare finance experience, including at least 5 years of progressive management experience in a hospital setting. This leader will partner with executives to drive strategy, ensure financial accuracy, and support the hospital's growth and impact.

What You Bring:

• Bachelor of Science in Accounting or Finance required
• Proficiency in SAP, EPIC, EPSi, Microsoft Excel and Word
• Requires 7-10 years of healthcare finance experience, including at least 5 years of progressive management experience in a hospital environment
• Certification by State Board of Certified Public Accountants is preferred

Salary Range: Minimum 133,587.00/annually - Maximum 176,678.00/annually. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.

In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
