What this job involves:
Lead and transform facilities operations as a Facilities Manager overseeing assigned sites and directing a team of highly skilled FM professionals in delivering world-class facilities management services. This strategic leadership role drives operational excellence across professional office and warehouse environments while ensuring service delivery meets Service Level Agreements and Key Performance Indicators at optimal cost efficiency. You'll spearhead regional facilities operations, fostering client partnerships and building high-performing teams that deliver innovative solutions and measurable results across multiple sites within the United States. What your day-to-day will look like:* Execute overall vision and strategic leadership for regional facilities teams across multiple client sites * Establish operational direction and maintenance strategies in alignment with client goals and JLL standards * Oversee property operations to protect, maintain, and improve the value of client facilities through data-driven insights * Inspect buildings routinely and monitor preventive maintenance programs to ensure highest quality service standards * Manage third-party contractors and vendors while collaborating with Senior Facilities Managers on bidding and contracting * Develop and maintain positive relationships with client branch managers and operations teams as primary interface * Foster safety-first culture through training programs, best practices implementation, and performance recognition initiatives Required Qualifications:* Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering technology, architecture or related field required * Minimum five to eight years of Facilities Management experience with technical team oversight mandatory * Experience managing facilities teams in industrial, manufacturing, or logistics environments essential * Demonstrated experience managing 24/7 operations in fast-paced work environments necessary * Superior client relationship management skills and strategic thinking with implementation orientation required * Proficiency in CMMS systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) essential * Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills with collaborative management style needed Preferred Qualifications:* Master's degree in relevant field advantageous for advanced strategic responsibilities * Understanding of commercial leases, contract documents, and general accounting practices beneficial * Familiarity with various building systems and maintenance technologies valued * Experience with budget development, variance analysis, and financial reporting preferred * Knowledge of safety procedures, training program development, and regulatory compliance desired * Regional travel flexibility and multi-site management experience welcomed Location: Locust Grove, GA Location: On-site -Locust Grove, GAIf this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply, even if you don't meet all the requirements.
