Job Description: JLL is seeking a Senior Project Occupancy Planner to join our team for a critical 12-month engagement with potential renewal options. This role will focus on strategic occupancy planning initiatives including international site onboarding, domestic building redevelopment support, general occupancy support and comprehensive data analysis to optimize space utilization across our portfolio. Key Responsibilities Project Initiation * Lead kick-off meetings with key stakeholders to establish project foundation * Provide project management oversight with weekly engagement status reports * Conduct regular project update meetings and coordinate with local teams * Gather and analyze space and occupancy data Analysis & Programming * Synthesize space requirements and business unit needs to be included in the workplace program * Develop programming framework to guide design team on test-fits and design direction Occupancy Planning * Develop stack and block plans showing building/floor allocations by business groups * Design specialty space allocations and integrations * Produce occupancy plan scenario reports comparing workplace options and impacts * Understand supply, capacity and headcount forecasts. Data Analytics & Insights * Strong excel skills and confidence in handling large data sets * Conduct comprehensive analysis of neighborhood, unassigned, and utilization data * Identify key patterns, trends, and optimization opportunities * Develop actionable recommendations based on data findings * Create executive-level reports and presentations on occupancy metrics * Maintain and enhance data management systems and processes Role Competencies: * Competency 1: Client/ Stakeholder Relationship Management and communication skills * Competency 2: Proven experience in workplace strategy and occupancy planning * Competency 3: Strong data and analytical skills * Competency 4: Creative Problem-Solving Skills * Competency 5: Leadership and Motivation Skills o A bachelor's degree in real estate, Finance, Architecture, Design, Construction Management, or related field is required. o 5-7 years of experience in corporate environment with experience in space/occupancy planning and space data management at a strategic level. o Experience coordinating across multiple time zones o Excellent presentation skills o Familiarity with IWMS and CMMS platforms Estimated compensation for this position: 82,500.00 - 126,500.00 USD per yearThis range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
