Job Summary The Picture Archival and Communication System (PACS) Analyst is responsible for providing technical support and overseeing operations of daily PACS workflows to ensure optimal performance and data integrity. This role acts as a liaison for digital imaging initiatives and education within the department and across the entire user base. The PACS Analyst collaborates with IT, radiologists, technologists, and other stakeholders to complete system updates, user training, image sharing, and optimization of system functionality.Monument Health offers competitive wages and benefits on qualifying positions. Additional Requirements Required: Education - High School Diploma/GED Equivalent Experience - 1+ years of PACS, Radiology or IT experience; 1+ years of Medical Terminology experience Preferred: Bachelor degree in Related Field Certification - American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) Certification; Or Accredited University or accredited training professionals; Or American Registry of Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technologists (ARMRIT); Or American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS); Or Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board (NMTCB) Physical Requirements:Light work - Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently, and/or a negligible amount of force constantly to move objects.
