What this job involves: Join JLL's Workplace Experience Services team as the frontline ambassador who transforms everyday workplace interactions into exceptional experiences. As a Workplace Associate, you'll serve as the primary point of contact for all workplace operations and facilities matters, building meaningful relationships with clients and their employees through face-to-face engagement and proactive service delivery. This role offers the opportunity to manage large, dynamic sites with a personalized approach, ensuring seamless daily operations while strengthening the partnership between JLL and our valued clients. You'll be the go-to expert who anticipates needs, solves problems, and creates an environment where people love to work. What your day-to-day will look like: * Greet customers by name each morning and spend a minimum of four hours walking the site to maintain visible engagement and build relationships * Conduct comprehensive daily site walk checklists to ensure flawless execution, identify defects, and immediately address any safety concerns * Manage all customer inquiries and issues with confidence, responding to requests within one day and providing personal follow-up to ensure resolution * Ensure meeting rooms, collaboration spaces, and office equipment are always in ready-to-use condition when unoccupied * Collaborate with FM, Engineering, Project Management colleagues and vendors to maintain optimal workspace functionality * Stock pantries and supplies while administering workplace policies such as clean desk protocols and appropriate space usage * Generate monthly reports consolidating customer issues and service delivery metrics to maintain SLA compliance Required Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field * 3-5 years of experience in hospitality, tourism, events operations, property management, or similar customer-facing profession * Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to interact professionally at all organizational levels * Strong organizational and time management abilities with meticulous attention to detail * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) * Customer-focused mentality with demonstrated passion for hospitality and service excellence * Ability to work collaboratively in team environments while maintaining strong interpersonal relationships Preferred Qualifications: * Experience managing large-scale facilities or corporate workplace environments * Knowledge of workplace safety protocols and regulatory compliance requirements * Background in vendor management and service level agreement oversight * Familiarity with workplace technology systems and equipment troubleshooting * Experience with reporting and data analysis for operational improvements * Understanding of corporate workplace policies and space management principles * Previous exposure to facilities management or property operations Estimated compensation for this position: 59,000.00 - 63,000.00 USD per yearThis range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
