What this job involves:

The Experience Services Meeting and Event Coordinator assist with aspects of the planning and execution of internal tenant's events including location, room setup, catering, a/v, transportation, and any other event support. They will coordinate the details set-up of the event with the onsite team and event vendors. The Meeting and Event Coordinator is responsible for ensuring exceptional client experiences through proactive communication and high touch hospitality focused service. They must be able to exhibit exceptional customer service and communication skills.

Your day-to- day task will include:

• Execute high-profile meetings and events with senior executives, serving as primary client contact and responding to requests promptly

• Consult with clients to determine event requirements including space setup, AV/technical needs, catering, and support services

• Manage all conference center operations, logistics, and scheduling using client software while troubleshooting technical issues

• Deliver exceptional client service that exceeds expectations by anticipating needs and maintaining high care standards

• Coordinate vendors, facilities staff, and service providers to ensure seamless execution with minimal disruption

• Drive continuous improvement through stakeholder feedback collection, best practice development, and timely project completion

Required Qualifications:

• Associate's degree and higher, or proven experience as an event planner or organizer.

• 1-3 years of experience in event planning, hospitality or project management, or related field.

• Excellent time management and verbal/written communication skills with the ability to communicate professionally.

• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

• Exceptional customer service skills with a passion for hospitality.

• Ability to work with clients at all levels of an organization, including C-suite.

• Proficient skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Work, PowerPoint, and Outlook).

Estimated Compensation for this position:

$45,760 - $50,960

This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
