Summary

The Scheduler/Operator is responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls to support patient scheduling and inquiries for ENTAA Care, a practice pod of Johns Hopkins Regional Physicians LLC. This role ensures efficient patient flow through effective communication, problem-solving, and coordination of patient care. The position requires maintaining confidentiality, adhering to HIPAA and safety standards, and completing patient-related tasks accurately and promptly. The ideal candidate demonstrates professionalism, teamwork, flexibility, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.



Education:

Minimum of a high school diploma or GED required.



Experience

Minimum of one year's experience in a call center setting; preferably in a health care setting.

Salary Range: Minimum 18.50/hour - Maximum 23.00/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
