  • Manage documentation lifecycle and version control in SharePoint, ensuring traceability and compliance.
  • Review and process change requests, maintaining accuracy and consistency across all deliverables.
  • Contribute to internal style guides, compliance processes, and quality assurance reviews.
  • Collaborate with engineers and other subject matter experts to gather and verify information, ensuring documentation is accurate and comprehensive.
  • Ensure all documents meet established standards and guidelines, conduct reviews and updates as necessary.

Requirements

  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy in documentation, and editing skills.
  • 5+ years of technical writing experience in a structured authoring environment, with familiarity in documentation processes and tools.

  • Strong editing and proofreading skills with attention to clarity, consistency, and accuracy.
  • Familiarity with Agile environments and configuration management tools such as JIRA.
  • Working knowledge of software, mechanical, or electrical systems in defense or aviation contexts.
  • Excellent written communication and organizational skills.

Preferred
