M365 Security Specialist Alexandria, VA Pay From: $135,000 per year MUST: Experienced M365 Security Specialist 5+ years supporting Microsoft 365 security in an enterprise environment. Hands-on experience with Purview, DLP, retention, and compliance tools Experience with threat protection and incident response Experience with FedRAMP or federal security requirements DUTIES: Configure Purview sensitivity labels, retention rules, DLP policies, and auto-classification. Manage Microsoft Defender policies, alerts, Safe Links, Safe Attachments, and threat responses Review audit logs across Azure AD, SPO, Power Platform, Teams, and AOS Prepare and route Security Change Requests (SCRs) Support Splunk integration, IP restriction settings, and encryption key management Validate security behaviors in test and production environments Document compliance results and security configurations Quadrant is an affirmative action/equal opportunity employer.
