Work Schedule:

100% FTE, days. You may be eligible for up to a $3000 sign-on bonus. This is a hybrid position. When in person, you will work at 4621 Eastpark Blvd. You will work in person a minimum of 3 days per week.

  • The pay range listed reflects both titles and is based on a 1.0 FTE.

We are seeking a Behavioral Health Therapist/Clinical Psychologist to:

  • Evaluate patients presenting with a wide range of sexual health concerns and diagnoses.
  • Collaborate with patients on individualized treatment plans with specific goals and outcomes.
  • Coordinate patient care and collaborate with primary care and specialty providers (e.g., OB-GYN, urology, pelvic floor physical therapy) via written and verbal communication.
  • Provide sex therapy, utilizing multiple modalities and methods consistent with evidence-based practice, including specific and focused treatment protocols, when appropriate.
  • Utilize progress monitoring and outcome measurement tools to assess benefits of sex therapy and change the treatment plan, if necessary.

Clinical supervision and an education stipend will be provided toward AASECT certification.

If Behavioral Health Therapist:

Education:

  • Minimum - Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or other behavioral health related field

Work Experience:

  • Minimum - 2 years of experience providing evidence-based treatment for a variety of behavioral health diagnoses for children, adolescents, or adults
  • Preferred - 5 years of experience providing evidence-based treatment for a variety of behavioral health diagnoses for children, adolescents, or adults

Licenses and Certifications:

  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker Upon Hire Required or
  • Licensed Professional Counselor Upon Hire Required or
  • Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Upon Hire Required and
  • Certified Sex Therapist through the American Association of Sexuality Educators, Counselors, and Therapists (AASECT) within 18 months Required and
  • Basic Life Support/CPR within 6 months Required

If Clinical Psychologist:

Education:

  • Minimum - Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) or Psychology (Psy.D.) in Counseling or Clinical Psychology or related field.

Work Experience:

  • Minimum - One (1) year of postdoctoral supervised clinical experience Preferred

Licenses and Certifications:

  • Licensure or eligible for licensure as a Psychologist in Wisconsin
  • Basic Life Support/CPR within 6 months Required
