Overview

The Talent Acquisition Process & Optimization team defines "what good looks like" for Talent Acquisition by setting standards, designing methods, and assuring adherence through quality and risk frameworks. This role will support initiatives that enhance selection science, structured interviewing, hiring leader enablement, and second-line assurance. This role will manage and facilitate implementation and coordination of multiple, large, and highly complex programs that affect and involve business unit activities. Ensure management review of initiatives from concept through planning, analysis, design, and testing, implementation, and transition phases.

Responsibilities

  • Define and maintain TA standards for selection science, structured interviewing, and hiring leader enablement; ensure alignment with compliance and risk frameworks.
  • Lead quality assurance and risk control programs, including RCSA testing and remediation tracking.
  • Partner with leadership to set KPIs, monitor program performance, and drive continuous improvement through data-driven insights.
  • Scope and implement business solutions for new assessments, fraud prevention, and process enhancements in collaboration with TA Operations.
  • Develop and execute change management plans and hiring leader-facing communications for major initiatives.
  • Oversee program governance, documentation, and cross-functional deliverables to ensure audit readiness and adoption.
  • Review program-related data using performance measurements and indicators to identify areas for improvement and potential risk and develop action plans for each indicator or area identified and lead change management.
  • Identify and minimizes risks or constraints that would impact program deliverables.
  • Identify, communicate, and resolve branch/division/department or cross-organizational areas of concern, that may impede or impact other programs/projects/initiatives.
  • Participate in developing, modifying and executing department policies, standards, and processes.
  • Provides guidance on issues having department and/or organization-wide impact.
  • Work on complex issues requiring in-depth knowledge of organizational objectives and competing priorities
  • Solves highly technical and complex problems.

Qualifications

  • Strong program management skills with experience in governance and risk frameworks.
  • Ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead cross-functional initiatives.
  • Significant experience in workflow and program development including development of requirements documents, procedures, and implementation plans.
  • Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional programs in talent acquisition or HR operations.
  • Strong background in workflow design, standards development, and change management.
  • Expertise in program governance, risk and quality assurance frameworks (e.g., RCSA, QA).
  • Ability to define KPIs, analyze program effectiveness, and drive data-informed decisions.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills across all organizational levels.
  • Advanced project management skills, including planning, prioritization, and delivery of multiple initiatives.
  • Extensive experience in managing multiple initiatives, and meet changing requirements and priorities to accomplish objectives and goals, independently or in a team environment.
  • Extensive experience in collaborating across organizational boundaries and building partnerships across various functions.
  • Expert skill identifying and analyzing business requirements and recommending solutions.
  • Expert innovative thinking skills to solve problems and facilitate the decision-making process.
  • Expert verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, including ability to communicate complex terms to all levels of audiences.
  • Expert analytical thinking skills to include summarizing information and clearly identifying key elements, patterns, results, or relationships.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, or the equivalent combination of training, education, and experience.

Desired Qualifications

  • Familiarity with compliance, audit readiness, and vendor management in TA context.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP), or the equivalent combination of training, education, and experience
