Medical Receptionist - Call Center Chevy Chase, MD Pay From: $20 per hour MUST: Experienced Medical Receptionist or Call Center Must be comfortable working in a call center environment Must have EMR experience Must be able to use medical shorthand Strong scheduling experience Experience verifying and updating patient information in EMR Strong customer service support Ability to triage phone calls DUTIES: Answer a high volume of phone calls Schedule appointments Verify and update patient information in EMR Provide personal attention and support to patients Answer questions regarding practice sites Quadrant is an affirmative action/equal opportunity employer.
