Mission Ops Engineer Boston MA Annual Salary $115,000 MUST: Experienced Ops Engineer 8+ years of professional experience Possess a combination of Federal and military experience Hands-on technical expertise in one or more; APIs, ETL, UI/UX, PostgreSQL, Elasticsearch, schema design, relevance tuning Must have customer facing hands on background Strong application building and delivery Possess clear and effective communication skills Must have strong ability to communicate technical topics to non-technical stakeholders and translate business issues into engineering plans Self-starter, ready and able to get things done, and relentless in your pursuit of the mission Intelligent, curious, technically strong, collaborative, and driven. Comfortable operating in ambiguous environments and a maniacal sense of urgency BA/BS Degree desirable not required DUTIES: Mission Ops Engineer will be part of a team responsible for building AI operating system for federal procurement and capture, used by both government and industry to unify workflows, market and budget intelligence, human context, and real-time program awareness into one actionable picture Mission Ops Engineer will work directly with customers across the defense, government, and innovation ecosystems to design, implement, and scale solutions built on our platform This is a deeply hands-on role, part engineer, part customer advisor Will be joining regular customer and Mission Operations/Sales calls, gather technical feedback, identify opportunities for improvement, and translate them into actionable development tickets Working alongside our product and engineering teams, you'll shape how our product is deployed in the field and ensure our customers get measurable value from day one Partner with customers to help them achieve their goals using the our AI platform Lead pilots, onboardings, and trainings; troubleshoot issues; channel product feedback, and support integrations such as SAML and API connectivity Turn customer feedback into action, quickly shipping code that will have a direct impact on user experience Act as a liaison between our Mission Ops / Sales team and the Engineering team to prioritize product improvements and resolve issues quickly.
