Knowledge Management Specialist Crystal City VA Pay From: $90,000 per year MUST: Experienced Knowledge Management Specialist Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility 2+ years of experience working in a Knowledge Management capacity in the IT space Experience supporting operational teams and managing information systems Proven expertise in data management and governance Strong experience with SharePoint is highly desired Experience providing training to clients is required Excellent communication skills both written and verbal Able to explain technical information to non-technical stakeholders Strong interpersonal skills High attention to details Strong problem-solving skills and highly analytical Bachelor's Degree in business administration, management, IT or other related fields DUTIES: The Knowledge Management (KM) Specialist will optimize processes and enhance operational effectiveness for Government client Serve as the division's go-to expert for KM processes, tools, and systems Provide regular guidance, training, and educational materials to staff and leadership Help provide data points and collaborate with staff sections to analyze, refine, and optimize operational processes Ensure timely, accurate information flows for decision-making and planning Provide KM systems training to Government client on site and in the field Operates collaboration sites; publishes content; manages renewals/re-sign cycles and document lifecycle Creates and manages knowledge articles; implements training program; creates and updates training content Enforces style/format and technical correctness for every artifact; maintains templates and style guide; pre-brief "red team" Embrace Continuous Improvement, Training, Content - QMS & CPI Identify and document information exchange needs to improve interoperability and communication within the division and with external units This candidate will also work closely with other divisions and external units to align IKM processes, facilitate knowledge sharing, and enhance organizational learning across the entire division and agency Quadrant is an affirmative action/equal opportunity employer.
