The Field Services Intern will support the IT Field Services team in delivering high-quality technical assistance across hospital and remote locations. This role provides hands-on experience with enterprise IT systems, hardware troubleshooting, and customer service in a healthcare environment. The intern will work under supervision to assist with device deployment, incident resolution, and IT projects.

Shift:

Day Schedule - Part-Time Internship (Summer Internship - 10-12 Weeks)

Experience:

Currently enrolled in an IT, Computer Science, or related degree program.

Basic understanding of hardware, operating systems, and networking fundamentals.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment and maintain confidentiality.

Education:

Requires current enrollment within an IT, Computer Science, or related program

N/A
