As a Production Worker, you'll rotate through multiple areas of our facility-including Corrugator, Printing, Finishing/Specialty, and Shipping-while learning every step of the boxmaking process. From day one, you'll be fully immersed in our strong safety culture and supported by a team committed to helping you succeed. What You'll Do As a Production Worker, your day may include: Conducting quality checks to ensure product accuracy Operating conveyor and production systems Moving sheets as they come off machines Assisting with machine changeovers Supporting production teams across multiple departments This role rotates between all three shifts, with overtime as needed: 1st shift: 6:00am - 2:00pm 2nd shift: 2:00pm - 10:00pm 3rd shift: 10:00pm - 6:00am What We're Looking For We're seeking dependable team players who are eager to learn and ready to build a longterm career in manufacturing.
