"I can succeed as a Senior HR Business Partner at Capital Group."

As a Senior HR Business Partner (Sr. Consultant) on the Global Operating Group HR (GOG HR) team, you will play a pivotal role in enabling talent and organizational success across several of Capital Group's key operating groups-including Investment Operations, Global Finance, Legal & Compliance, and others.

Your initial remit will focus on supporting Investment Operations, partnering closely with leaders and associates whose work is central to delivering timely, high quality investment support and operational excellence. Over time, you will have opportunities to expand your portfolio and influence across other critical operating groups within the Global Operating Group.

Every day, you will contribute in both strategic and hands on ways to our long term people strategy. You'll partner with HR colleagues and business leaders to elevate the associate experience, build talent pipelines, guide organizational effectiveness, and shape the capabilities needed for the future. Working across your supported business areas, you'll manage large scale initiatives and projects that directly impact the people components of our business strategy.

To thrive in this role, you've worked closely with business leaders in a highly matrixed organization, have experience leading strategic HR initiatives, and possess the confidence and courage to influence outcomes through a consultative, "influence without authority" approach. Our team values your ability to challenge the status quo by improving existing processes and applying creative approaches to align HR priorities with business outcomes.
