Salary: $79,000-$110,000 (relocation available)

Description: What you'll be doing Another Source's client, Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT), is recruiting a Director, Center for Campus Life to join their Student Affairs division on site in Rochester, New York. This is a highly visible and influential leadership opportunity for a strategic, creative, and student centered professional to shape the co-curricular experience at a dynamic and evolving university.
At a moment when student engagement, belonging, and connection are more critical than ever, the Director plays a central role in designing experiences that help students find community, develop leadership skills, and thrive both inside and outside the classroom.
Reporting to the Associate Vice President for Student Affairs, the Director provides innovative and strategic leadership for campus life initiatives serving all undergraduate and graduate students. The Director oversees a broad and impactful portfolio that anchors student engagement and belonging, including major events and traditions, new student orientation, student clubs and organizations, Fraternity and Sorority Life, Women, Gender, Sexuality and LGBTQIA+ programming, Spirituality and Religious Life, commuter services, student union management, and the business operations that support all Center functions and student organizations.
This role is ideal for a collaborative leader who can balance innovation with tradition, lead complex operations, and create inclusive experiences that support student success and connection.

Provide direct supervision and leadership to the Center for Campus Life leadership team, supporting program development, staff success, budgeting, and operational effectiveness.

Salary Range
$79,000-110,000 annually, relocation packages available. In compliance with NYS's Pay Transparency Act, the salary range for this position is listed above. Rochester Institute of Technology considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, key skills, internal peer equity, as well as, market and organizational considerations when extending an offer. Candidates with significant leadership experience overseeing complex portfolios may be considered toward the upper end of the range.
