Make an Impact! In this role, you will provide hands-on leadership, support, and education to all hourly clinical aide staff who manage the therapeutic milieu across all shifts (24/7). You will be responsible for hiring, training, orienting, and maintaining appropriate staffing levels to support a safe and effective environment of care. You will work closely with the Clinical Director and interdisciplinary clinical team to foster a culture of safety, deliver high-quality services, and ensure compliance with all regulatory and accreditation standards. Position: Manager of Clinical Support Services Shift: Full-Time, Day shift; with 1 week of on-call requirement every 4-5 weeks. Experience: 1. Minimum of at least 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in a healthcare setting, with at least 2 years of experience in a supervisory role 2. Ability to multi-task and ability to develop and maintain team approach to services. 3. Familiar with OSHA regulations, local and state regulations. 4. Competency with Microsoft Suite. Education: 1. Bachelor's degree preferred or above from an accredited college in Human Services or a related field.
