What this job involves:

As a key member of our Facilities Support Services team, you will act as the primary on-site liaison for our client, Farmers, ensuring their office space is maintained and operates flawlessly. Your main purpose is to be the central point of contact for all facility-related matters, interfacing directly with building property management, external vendors, and internal client departments like IT. This role is critical to JLL's business objective of delivering outstanding client service by providing proactive, hands-on support, promoting goodwill, and working diligently to manage and reduce expenses while ensuring a productive and efficient workplace for the Farmers community.

What your day-to-day will look like:

  • Act as the main liaison with building property management for all maintenance, repairs, and coordination of services like HVAC, lighting, and elevator usage.
  • Manage all vendor activities on-site, including scheduling deliveries, coordinating building access, and opening work tickets to ensure timely service.
  • Interface directly with the Farmers community as a dedicated representative, providing excellent customer service and support.
  • Collaborate with internal departments, consulting with IT for data and phone line needs and coordinating with central managers for equipment installations, moves, adds, and changes (IMAC).
  • Support office reconfigurations and restack projects by coordinating all necessary logistical duties.
  • Handle administrative tasks using Microsoft Office to create and maintain documents, manage communications, and assist with special projects as requested.
  • Provide backup support for mail and supply functions during breaks or absences to ensure seamless office operations.

Required Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a facilities support, office coordination, or property management liaison role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work successfully and professionally with all levels of an organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Experience coordinating with external vendors and building management.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and achieve goals.
  • A proactive mindset focused on containing and reducing operational expenses.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience using a work order ticketing system.
  • Familiarity with the logistics of office moves or restacks.
  • Basic understanding of IT, electrical, and mechanical needs within a corporate office.
  • Experience in a corporate client-facing environment.
  • Previous experience handling mailroom or office supply duties.

Work Shift: Standard business hours

Estimated compensation for this position:

58,240.00 - 32.00 USD per year

This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
