Practice Lead / Project Manager Washington DC Region Pay rate : starts at $165,000+/yr MUST : Experience Project Manager / Practice Lead / HHS SME 10+ years of experience working in the Human and Health Services (HHS) domain in specializing in childcare and child welfare systems, driving client engagement, supporting sales and marketing initiatives, and contributing to industry conferences and forums across Child Welfare, Child Care, and Human Services programs Experience in the following areas is preferred marketing, project/program management or practice lead / Program SME / Capture management Strong experience working in the Health and Human Services domain Strong knowledge of healthcare systems and products Experience working with childcare subsidy programs, Integrated Eligibility, TANF, SNAP, and other Benefits programs Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation Detailed knowledge of government contracts and vehicles and best practice for identifying and capturing opportunities Proven ability to take a company's past performance and applied that for a winning strategy Ability to identify and qualify IT government contracts and build a pipeline of leads Solid understanding of project management including strong organizational skills Strong understanding of the proposal process is a plus Excellent communications both written and verbal skills Strong attention to detail Excellent people skills and client facing skills Bachelor's Degree in a related field DUTIES : The ideal candidate will serve as the main POC for all opportunities inside of Federal and State Health and Human Service Departments specializing in childcare and child welfare systems, driving client engagement, supporting sales and marketing initiatives, and contributing to industry conferences and forums across Child Welfare, Child Care, and Human Services programs Ideal candidate will engage with clients in both State Health and HHS to advise on product solution design and innovation around Childcare Subsidy Systems, Child Care, and Child Welfare systems Support current contracts and opportunities in HHS and identify areas and opportunities for growth Identify upcoming opportunities for bids within client sphere to meet client resource needs Leverage people (including own experience), processes, and tools to provide all the inputs necessary to create a compelling proposal/bid Help build and maintain a pipeline by identifying and qualifying winnable IT contracts that fit within the company's core capabilities Utilize current and past relationships to identify, clarify, and create you bid opportunities for the company to pursue Act as a management consultant on existing work and oversee statewide staff within permanency programs Quadrant is an affirmative action/equal opportunity employer.
