Overview The Benefits Specialist is responsible for the day to day administration, coordination of employee benefits and leave of absence administration to ensure compliance, accuracy, and a positive employee experience. This role is highly employee-facing and requires frequent interaction with employees, managers, payroll, carriers, and external vendors. This role serves as the first point of contact. The Specialist serves as a subject matter expert for benefit programs and leave policies, providing guidance on eligibility, coverage, enrollment, and leave processes while ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations. This position is 4 days in person, 1 day remote in Moorestown, NJ. Responsibilities Benefits Administration
Administer employee benefits including medical, dental, vision, life, EAP, and other employer-sponsored programs
Leave of Absence Administration
Qualifications Education Experience Special Skills Salary range: $75,000-$80,000.
