As the Program Specialist for Patient Experience, you'll:



  • Support the planning, coordination, and execution of patient experience initiatives across Johns Hopkins medical practices in Maryland, Virginia, and Washington, DC.
  • Provide essential operational, analytical, and administrative support to ensure a consistent, responsive, and patient-centered experience across a large, multi-state ambulatory network
  • Assist with data collection, reporting, and preparation of patient experience insights and dashboards
  • Coordinate patient experience initiatives, toolkits, training materials, and communications across practices
  • Partner with operational and clinical teams to support consistent implementation of patient experience best practices
  • Provide logistical and administrative support for meetings, projects, and cross-functional initiatives
  • Help ensure timely communication, documentation, and compliance with organizational standards and expectations


What you'll have to be successful:



  • 2+ years of relevant experience in Patient Experience, training, or similar customer service environment
  • Bachelor's degree or relevant experience. One year of relevant education may be substituted for one year of required work experience or one year of relevant professional-level work experience may be substituted for one year of required education.
  • Experience with Microsoft Project, Excel, Word and project scheduling skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, written and oral communication necessary to interface with various levels of management.


Salary Range: Minimum 26.51/hour - Maximum 43.76/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
